These are brand new. Came with an MPA DS9 I bought. I use 140mm mags and not these. I put them in my DS9 once to see if they locked back the slide empty and they do. I did not load them, do not know what I can fit in there. If you're sure you want them I could load them up. Selling as new so I was trying not to mark up the followers.
They are not ban state mags, they most definitely hold more than 10 rounds.
