CPK’s is .160″, a little less, but maybe close enough ?Anyone know of a quality manufacturer of 3/16in thick Kephart?
Gotta ask......why the firm requirement for .187" ?
My CPK is as thick as usable in my opinion, I would rather it have been thinner. Most Kepharts stick to the original design and I would say you need to find a custom maker. Not enough blade width for thicker steel to get a good edge angle.
Your out in left field with this request, custom knife is in your future.
Buy that and have it thinned down to what you want.I know there's a .21in thick version out there.
this is what I like and it's what I'm looking for.
I think I need one of these. It’s a hair thinner (5/32nds) but worth looking at CPK.

No, but that's okay. The CPK knife does look very nice and they seem to have some of the highest reviewed quality control.Did NeedItCheaper ever find something satisfactory? It seemed like there aren't any choices that exactly match the given specs.
I don't know anything about the company or if it is getting back in stock.

One of the talented knife makers here could make you a kephart at your specs too.
Maybe reach out toNo, but that's okay. The CPK knife does look very nice and they seem to have some of the highest reviewed quality control.
If I went fully custom, I'd make a variation of my current knife. Bravo Alpha. I'm sure with custom sheath and all the bells and whistles in 3V to boot would run over 500$ when all is said and done. Not ready for that.
Thanks for the help all.
