3/16ths piece of Random Damascus

I'm looking for a piece of 3/16ths random 1095 damascus -- what are some good sources for some of this "non-fancy" damascus?

You might try Kevin Cashen's O1/L6 damascus. Pretty impressive, from the reports I have gotten from various makers.
 
1095 and 1095/mild steel damascus bars come up often on ebay. "ancient arms" is the seller's name. His stuff is fun to play around with and at about $4-7 per inch, not too expensive if you're the kind the screws up now and then (like me :D ).

I've seen that stuff on there before. This one is possibly for a requested knife (first one -- woohoo!) so I want it to be good quality.
 
First ordered knife. Great! Next thing you know, you'll be like that Jerry Fisk guy with a gazzillion years backlog!
 
I doubt that very seriously. But, it sure helps fill my knife-buying fund!

Dang, the summer has gone fast -- I've been meaning to come up all summer. I will be there! E-mail some dates when you're free and I'll be there in a flash. :D

Just let me know when you want to come up, so I will be sure and be home. Just that simple. I'll probably try and make a piece or 2 of damascus tomorrow, sence the weathers cooled a little.
