I have a few knives to list FS today......

John C. Howser ,maker. John recently passed on,RIP John,a great man & dear friend. John made gorgeous slipjoint folders & lock backs too. This knife is a 3-7/8" modified warncliffe lock back. Very desireable knife . The blade is 3" with 2-5/8" of cutting edge & opened up it is 6-7/8" . The blade thickness at the spine (thickest spot, the tang) is 1/8". ATS-34 ss ,hollow ground, long cut swedge and crescent pull. If ever you had a chance to handle a Howser knife you would know his hand rubbed steel finish was super nice. Tight tolerances, impeccable fit & finish on this knife. Smooth opening, strong detent closed. Locks up precise& strong ,no play. Centers closed. All ss parts except for the butt backspacer is red micarta. John learned lock backs from another KY. maker Mike Franklin. The scales are "coral" micarta, and orange - black- textured combo, very unique. Pinned & inlaid ss Bullocks shied. Pins are spun head pins. This knife is pre owned from a collection andin very nice shape. I can't find any major scratches on it to report. Looks to be original edge. I put that leather fob on there for you. Knife will ship with a leather padded storage case.

This is a really nice ,lightweight, well built custom slipjoint folder by Knifemaker's Guild member Bill Kennedy Jr. Bill is a machinist as well as a knife maker, the tolerances on his folders are super tight precise. Very ,very smooth pivot & super snappy walk n talk, about a 5+ to 6 pull. Spring is flush in all half stop positions, and the blade centers perfectly ,when closed. The knife has a "sunk joint" ,so it folds up compact for pocket carry, thin, too. Super lightweight, the frame,bolsters/liners/cap, is one piece milled of aircraft grade 7075 aluminum. The ss spring & pins contrast in color to this aluminum for a neat look. Blade is hollow ground ATS-34 ss with a crescent nail pull & very nice satin finish. Numbered on the spring inside the blade trough, 41. Obverse tang stamped 2011,year of build. Silver twill G-10 scales. This knife was tricky to photograph for me so please see all the pictures for part of the description. Pre owned from a collection, bolsters & caps have a few very faint marks, not bad, probably a little TLC with some simi chrome to spruce it up. Priced according, makers price was $350. on this in 2011.
