Ken,
BEAUTIFUL SCALES, NEAT Color and INTERESTING Grain Pattern.
VERY NICELY shaped handle and blade.
EXCELLENT CRAFTSMANSHIP.

That crotch grain is gorgeous. I carve alot of different woods, but I don't get to enjoy end grain like that.

A few 10-12 years ago a buddy that burns wood for heat shows up with a trailer load of stuff he was (cutting around)
for about a couple of months of woodcutting. Bandsaw goes outside and we cut burls and crotches for the better part
of a day all very oversized knife handle blocks. After sorting and a couple of 3 years drying I end up with 2 steel garbage
cans full. To me a very valuable stash. Thats not end grain, it was cut length wise.
Ken.
