3 5/8" Standard Trapper

The reason I'm calling this a "standard" trapper is because a certain image comes to mind when I hear
the word "trapper" in reference to a slipjoint. Any number of other designs and blade shapes are and
can be trappers. I used the acorn shield instead of the double bomb because it fit better.
SPECS
Blades and springs Ats-34, blades @ 61-62 Rc, springs @48-49 Rc, cryo, 3/32" stock.
Blades are flat ground with 600 grit hand finish. Master has drawn swedge,- spey cut swedge.
Frame 416 ss liners bolsters integral, mill relieved.
Scales my dyed and jigged bone, Acorn shield is pinned.
The knife has nice W/T with a medium pull. Back is flush open, closed, and half stop position.
Crescent nail nicks. 3 5/8" closed, 6 3/4" open.

That's a nice Trapper! Very nice detail. The jigging and the dyeing looks
like Remington bone and the acorn tops it off! Great looking slip joint.
Congrats.... somebody is going to get lucky!

I echo all the sentiments already expressed, especially what Corey had to say. That rear bolster for some reason looks very unique and catches the eye, great knife!
