This handle material was more or less stash from the thread 2-3 years ago titled River Drawdown.
Long story short the stuff was under water for enough years to create the bark you see. It is very
stable. Wish I had a barrel of it!
Specs.
Blade and spring Ats-34, Blade @61-62 Rc, 3/32" stock.
Blade has 14" inch hollow grind, 600 grit hand finish, drawn swedges.
Frame 416 ss, liners, bolsters integral, mill relieved. All pins ss.
Scales Bark Bone.
Closed length 3 5/8", open length 6 5/8", Back is flush open, half stop, and closed.
This knife pulls about a very smooth 5, with nice W/T
Crescent nail nick, Blade lays dead center.
Price $450 shipping and paypal included, shipped in a zipcase. SOLD
You can say I'll take it here, pm, or email me, comments welcome.
Thanks for the look.
Ken.
