Handmade Japanese style paring knife. 3.5" blade length, 7.5" overall length, AEB-L steel, Ebony and Rosewood handle. Weights in at only 35 grams. Hand sanded blade to 800 grit. Sharpened to 15 degrees on wicked edge system.
