Ray, these look great.

what's the bevel thickness at the cutting edge on these in particular and generally you grind blades to?
what's the hardness you heat-treat 1095 to?

also, if you ship overseas, what'd be the shipping cost for a knife to Lithuania (Europe)?

I don't measure the bevel thickness but my knives have really good cutting edges. The hardness is around 58-59 RC. It will be an extra $9 to ship to Lithuania. Thanks.
