Brand New XM-18 with blue/black scale bought from MATTDTACTICAL. He told me he got this from blade show 2013 and this is how the knife came to me. I flicked it about 20 times, has a good detent (buttery smooth, don't need to wrist flick to flip open). I switched the pocket clip to tip up and carried it around the house for a day. The blade is hair shaving sharp, I know because the only thing it cut was a couple swipes of my arm hair, the blade has not cut anything else. I am almost positive it has the working finish on the titanium (bead blast and tumbled). The thumbstuds, lock bar stabilizer and pocket clip are blue anodized. This knife has an s35vn tumbled blade, the finish on the blade seems like it could have also been bead blasted to, it has a duller less shiny finish than other standard xm-18's I have seen (looks awesome). Everything is perfect with this knife and it is a one of a kind. It is sitting in it's original Hinderer packaging as we speak (bag, box and peanuts) and this is how it will ship. $700.00 with paypal and shipping included (will give you tracking info.). No trades CONUS only. Post I will take it then pm me and it is yours. The reason I am selling is I was told last week that the company I work for is getting sold and moving within a few months. So right now I can't have any overhead.

Updated: Just looked over the knife for a member who was interested. I did notice 2 really light surface scratches when held a the rite angle in the bathroom light, don't know if this was from the show, the dealer or me carrying it around for a few hours. They look like they are part of the finish but they go straight across, around the pocket clip (they would have been there when I took the pictures, just don't show up). The non anodized parts are fine. Another thing brought to my attention is that this knife might just have a tumbled finish. I read the facts but still cannot figure it out. I have had 5 tumbled xm-18's go through my hands and the finish on this knife just seems different, it is duller, not as shiny. Maybe they just tumbled it more so it is more blended and dull, or used a different media for the show knives. The first picture I posted gives a pretty good impression of what I see. All I know is I like it and it is not the same tumbled finish I used to see on you standard xm-18.
