I'm looking for a small EDC knife that I can conceal on the inside of my waist or under my belt. Local concealed knife laws are no more than 3.5 inches, but I like long knives so I'd like to stick to 3.5 as the optimum length. Looking for a quality full tang fixed blade that fits that description. I'm fond of dagger and karambit style knives, but I know I'm looking for a picky thing so I'll settle. I like heavier knives, and I prefer that it be cheap. I own the adamas 375 by benchmade, but I don't like the size of it for EDC. I just need a low priced compact boot or IWB knife under 3.5"", preferably with a full tang. I'd like to avoid knives so tiny or lightweight that I feel more like I'm holding a sharp paper clip than a knife. Any suggestions?

Tasman salt is a hawkbill that's 3" and very flat, a more traditional choice is the cold steel mini ak 47, it's very flat but the way the grip works the 2.75" blade actually extends 3.4" from the front of your fingers, make sure to get the new XHP steel version, the lock is also very good.

Fixed blade? Spyderco Street Beat. I used to IWB carry one. They have a "light" version that's quite a bit cheaper than the regular one. The handle is rather short, which makes carrying it IWB very easy, yet the ergonomics of the handle give you a full, secure, and extremely comfortable grip.

I have an Ontario Rat 3 that I only carry IWB. They come with a very nice sheath IMO. But I think they make them in 3" and 4". Not sure about 3.5".
