I have one of my VCM handcrafted knives available,this Santoku is a great deal for the price ,and I'm hoping someone will buy it & see it's a great one in the kitchen.......
Book matched African Blackwood scales,1/8" nickel pins. 3/32" 440C flat ground blade with a satin finish. Blade is a production blade but very high quality,Rc 68 to 59.
OAL is 10-3/4" ,blade is 6-1/8" with 6" of cutting edge. These make great all around kitchen chef knives.
