A while back I took a shot at burlap Mycarta. I like the looks of it but not
the usually porous surface look. I think I solved the problem at least for myself.
Specs
Blade and spring Ats-34, Rc 61-62, 3/32" stock
Blade is flat ground, hand finished, drawn swedge.
Liners 410 ss, all hardware ss.
Scales Mycarta, chocolate colored burlap-- shield is pinned.
Closed 3 7/8", open 6 7/8". Back is flush all three positions.
This knife pulls at a 5+ with good snap. crescent nail nick
