Thank you David. By your post # you're fairly new around here, so i don't know if you realize what a fantastic score you just made. Rick's knives are just wonderful, a joy to own and a joy to hold and incredibly satisfying to use because they cut with such ease. You've got a Superb knife coming.

My pleasure Roland! I really don't realize it yet because not only am I fairly new around here but also new to " the knife sickness". I love ivory and caught this knife as soon as it was posted. The more I looked at it the better it looked. Based on the pictures alone, I would have to agree with you on the quality of Rick's knives. When I get it in my hands, well that will be interesting.

What a deal ! A knife of this quality from other top notch knifemakers is at least an additional 50%.
The quality of Rick's knives has risen way faster than his prices. Time to 'catch-up' can't be too far off.
I love well made folders. That's why i'm a Menefee fan. And i have a jiggy bone Small Zulu in the mail !

I really like that one a lot!

This one and the mammoth Sway Back a few weeks back both popped up just as I was perusing the forums, and with each, I had a VERY VERY hard time deciding aye or nay. Both were very unusual pieces. Unfortunately, nearly all of my knives are users so I thought it would be better for someone else to have these beauties. Hopefully, lightning will strike a third time and I'll be in the right place at the right time to get another chance at one of Ricks pieces.
