I finished this bowie up several months back but never had a sheath made. So this last week I figured it was time to get caught up on a little leather work.
OAL 14 3/4" w/ 9 1/4" BLADE
The blade was made combining 3 different individual damascus billets, which you can see by looking at the different individual layers, it has a fantastic shape and the balance is right at the guard. Guard and pommel have file work. Steels used were 15n20, 1080 & 1084.
Guard, spacers, pins and pommel are Nickel/ Silver
Handle is a piece of aged and stabilized Flame Box Elder
Tang is continuous, drilled and threaded to pommel.
Sheath is all hand stitched using 8-9 oz. quality leather with basket weave tooling.
Price $790.00 + shipping
Thanks for looking,
Bill
