3 Blade Recommendations

Hello,

I'm new to blades and need some advice. Some of these questions may have been answered already so I hope they don't seem to redundant:

1) Who makes an actual authentic Gurka knife and where can they be purchased?

2) Who would you recommend for throwing knives? I kinda like the ones that Kassai uses here:

3) And finally same question as above but for throwing knives. Also interested in something similar to what Kassai is using.

Checked out the sub forums and this clears up the difficulty of shopping for a quality gurka but not seeing a whole lot of suggestions regarding the throwing blades I'm interested in. Any one have any experience with wood handle throwing knives or axes like Kassai uses? Any good suggestions on who makes decent ones?
