Hi All,
Well, my 40 year old upstairs toilet decided to take it's own life last night....late at night of course, go figure! As a result, I'm in need of funds to pay for the beautiful Kohler the better half wanted....guess this is her "Grail" toilet!! Anyway, I guess this is payback time for all the knife purchases she has endured so I'm selling knives to fund the bathroom transformation. I have three beautiful custom-made fixed blades for sale:
1.) Josiah Gravelle 1/4" thick 1095 satin bladed FK-small. The blade is 4" long and 1 1/2" wide with a total length of 8 1/4". There is nice jimping at the top of the blade and it has very nice blue/black micarta handles. Comes with a brand new kydex sheath and tek-loc; this is a LN combo that was used to cut paper twice and otherwise is in mint condition. There are some marks on the blade from inserting and removing from the kydex but otherwise it is pristine. I paid $150.00 for this knife but am looking for $100.00 PRICE DROP....out of the three, this is my favorite and due to the generosity of Blade Forum members I've paid for the toilet and supplies.....and beer!! That means no further price drop. Take it at this price or it stays with me!!
2.) Robert Panagia(knife maker in Arizona) 3.75" skinning blade(3/16" thick blade) made from ATS 34 stainless steel that is approximately 8" in length(overall) with the blade being 1 3/8" wide; comes with a hand-made leather sheath that has Ostrich leather sewn into the front(very nice and form-fitting); brand new, never used. Paid $325.00 for this but am looking for SOLD.
3.) Stephan Fowler Pocket Bowie that has a 4 3/4" blade of 1084 steel(slight hammon, hard to see in pictures). Comes with hand-tooled black leather sheath(signed by the maker). The handles are of burled black walnut(I believe) and the fittings are of 416 stainless steel/dovetailed bolsters. It comes with a certificate of authenticity/birth card that shows it was finished on 06/28/2010. I have $300.00 into this but will sell for SOLD as well.
I'm looking at paypal only(4% fees or gift option), shipping will be included in sale price. Not looking for any overseas bidding or shipping.....first "I'll take it" followed by a PM/Email gets a knife. Please show charity for a sad, broken man who will be spending considerable time face to face with a wax ring, the porcelin god and the business end of a cast iron main stack.....without the benefit of alcohol no less!! Let me know if you'd like other pictures....of the knives, not the bathroom!! Thanks again.
