3 design prototypes Kizer/Pinkerton Knives

From Top to bottom, Nomad 4" blade, Rogue 3.125" blade and Escort 3.75" blade. Kizer executed the designs perfectly. I have only asked for one major change and that is to make Nomad a flipper. They are all s35vn blades. The blades are 5/32" thick. The titanium is also 5/32" thick except for the Rogue. That one has Ti that is 1/8" thick for a lighter slimmer knife. I wanted to give them a couple of design styles they don't currently have in the line up, Nomad and Rogue. The Escort is just my version of a basic all around EDC folder. Thanks for looking!:D

We haven't firmed up a release date. Most likely, SHOT Show 2016. Maybe, one before the end of the year.
 
Those will be some of the nicest designs coming out of Kizer. Nomad will be a want. Rogue would make a great EDC. Just wish the blade came in at an even 3 inches.
 
RamZar, when these are available, I can take the blade down to an even 3" at no charge.
 
All three look awesome, I look forward to them! These are some of the first Kizer collabs I've seen with a distinctively different look from the current line of collab flippers, not that the latter aren't great.
 
I really like the Nomad. Hopefully that one will be first released.
Can we order off the website when it's released?

I agree with the 3 inch request. Makes it legal in so many more places and most people won't notice the missing .125 inches.
 
OK, a little more information.

1. I stated the length of the Rogue based on my initial drawing, which was 3.125". The actual blade length on the prototype is 3" and that is what I "OK'ed". So, 3" Rogue blade it is.

2. Deep carry clip, tip up is the set up on the Rogue. The Escort will be deep carry with tip up or tip down. I am working on a clip that will work for tip up on the Nomad.

3. All three have steel inserts for the lock.

4.Steel on all 3 will be S35VN for the first run. We will look at different steels for any future runs. Also, we are looking at different blade profiles for the current folders for future runs as well. Bowies, tantos and hawkbills are on the menu. I also have some completely different folder designs that might make an appearance in the future.

5. Escort will be the first release. Unsure of availability date.

Great info. on the Rouge, really a niche for the 3"blade and nice choice of steel, love the way my Splinter comes to a razor edge quickly. Kind of wished the Nomad would be first to be released , but good things will come to those wait, plus bank account needs a little rest. Thanks for keeping us updated!

A little more info. The Escort is in process. Current estimate for Rogue and Nomad is January, probably SHOT. I will post definite dates as I get them.

Definitely digging the Escort, and it's the ideal blade length for my purposes. I would EDC one for sure, especially with a deep carry clip. Good stuff!
