With all the recent threads regarding Strider Knives here on BF I am now inclined to want a Strider to see what all the fuss is about.
I have three Emersons gathering dust and I'd like to trade them for a good solid user Strider SnG or SMF with the Hinderer stabilzer. A Tanto is preferred but a Spear point will also work. I have the following Emersons Knives for your consideration-
LNIB Emerson Commander waved BT/ PE 2005-
I got this one in a trade and never used it. Opened it once or twice via the thumbstud and waved it open once from the pocket. It was too nice to use so it ended up on the shelf with the good stuff. Still has the like new tight, lock up is solid and the blade is VERY sharp! Comes with box.
Emerson waved CQC11-CE/SF #0047-2005
This was my edc for about a year. It has been used a couple of times. The tip of the blade bears some scratches and light wear to the pocket clip. Still has the factory very sharp edge and has very solid lock up. No box.
Emerson SOFCK (non wave) SF/PE- 2001 -(pimped)
I got this from a fellow forumite, it has been through a couple of owners but the blade still looks like new. The scales were pimped some by one of the previous owners, smoothed down and the choil lock release area was opened wider for ease of closing. The back spacer also has some nicely done file work to it. A nice genetlemans style knife to carry.
I'll also throw in small amount of compensation if that will help seal the deal. Pic available on request but it might take a few minutes as I have to take one.
Trade will be within the USA only and trader MUST have a postive listing in GBU or I will have to ask that you send your end first and upon reciept I will ship my end. I'm a safe trader as my GBU rating speaks for itself and I will ship USPS Priority Insured with signature confirmation. * If we have done a trade before I will ship out immediately.*
