spyderco dragonfly2 and native5.
The Boker Hyper was a good call, but I don't love the steel. best-concealing knife out of the box, though.
mini-griptillian with upgraded scales (gets spendy).
Emerson's mini CQC-7A has a 3" blade, but with much more handle to grab onto than most sub-3" folders. It's the grippiest 3" knife I've ever handled, very secure in the hand making it an extremely capable knife.
I have been looking for something with an overall length of 3" to replace my humble Buck Nano - great source list on this thread, but most are over 3" in total length.
Spyderco Delica (awesome, fairly inexpensive, in your favorite color)
Benchmade Lone Wolf Mini Landslide (inexpensive, high quality, salt water rated)
Cold Steel Mini Recon 1 (clip, spear, tanto, all 3 inch)
Benchmade 707 Sequel
Spyderco Caly3
