2 Henkels and a San Moritz Elite. the JA Henkels are the Spanish made Classic series ones.The San Moritz is a giant belly. They are all made of the same 50 CrMov15 steel. It rolls, not chips when your wife uses it on the granite counter. These have seen lots of use, but, hey they are kitchens knives. No one was murdered with them, or I would be asking for more money. There are no chips on teh edge and i have maintained them over time. The tips are in tach and no cracks in the handles. I'm looking to get $50 for the set.
Fees are on me, and shipping will be on you. I'm guessing around $10, depending on the speed. They will be in a box not an envelope, and i can either sharpen them or not, depending on your wishes. They all have a good 600 mesh edge of them right now. Its a little toothy with a bit of bite.
