My two-layer Victorinox Spartan is in a nylon sheath on my belt. I could easily carry it in my pocket, but a three-layer knife would probably feel too bulky.
I vote for the corkscrew; it is a great place to carry the small screwdriver that fits eyeglass frame screws. A multitool clipped to my pocket as the Phillips screwdriver and other useful tools - but there is really no substitute for a corkscrew when one is needed.

If you're not set on the wood saw, you can also look at the Yeoman. I like the Phillips screwdriver style more on that (similar to the Explorer, where the Phillips is inline with the handle). It also has a corkscrew, although it does sacrifice the awl. This finally replaced the Super Tinker I'd been carrying for years.
