No doubt Kerambit is a South East Asian small short range fighting weapon. Anyhow I never heard of a Philipino made Kerambit. Normally Kerambit is referred to either Malaysian (i.e. Malayan Kerambit) or Southern Thai (i.e. Petani) or Indonesian (i.e. Sumatran Kerambit or Javanese Kerambit). It is also named as Lawi Ayam in some place in Peninsular Malaysia. While at Java sometimes it is called as Kuku Machan (i.e. Tiger Claw). Kerambit is not popular in Borneo (i.e. Brunai, Sabah, Sarawak & Kalimantan) and Sulawesi.

very happy to see these. Just can't stop looking at it. Wonderful job. Congrats to the new owners.

Sorry about mis-info on the kerambit - I really know very little about them and can only take credit for tweaking this design. Hibuke was the one who started it all over a year ago.

Khurambit......I'm starting to like it.....:o
