Number 1 Little Squall

3/16 inch thick 1095 high carbon steel differentially heat treated with a nice file worked spine.

Handle is cobra snake skin with black gutted paracord overwrapped in the traditional interlocking manner showing the snake skin though diamonds and epoxy set

Blade Length is 3 inches from tip to hole center.

Overall Length about 6.7 inches

Number 2 Little Storm
1/8 inch thick 1095 high carbon steel differentially heat treated.

Handle is coyote brown paracord wraped onto knife's full tang. Under the wrap is sealed with Loctite Blackmax.

Blade Length is 3.9 inches from tip to wrap.

Overall Length about 8.5 inches

If it makes you feel better GNB check the post times of ed and I, they are less than a minute apart. I hit post and at the refresh his post came up. Gotta be fast sometimes...or just lucky. I missed Kelley's last 3 sales so I can sympathize.
 
Hello tac4me, I try to hit 59 to 61 Rc on the edge but pull the point down to around 55Rc for good toughness. I find the point to be brittle are prone to breakage if left at the higher hardness. The spine is in the high 40 to 50 Rc so the blade is very tough. Thanks, Kelley
