I've got 3 of the pocket fixed blades ready to go out the door. They are from the first batch, where the buyers backed out.
All three of these are flat ground down to almost zero, then convexed to zero. Then a secondary bevel was put on them with a Norton fine India stone, then a 600X diamond stone, then a 1200X diamond stone, and finally 2 passes per side on a strop. These are wicked little cutters.
Just like the others, they are 1084 heat treated to 59/60 Rc, rounded edges taken to a mirror polish.
Left (black leather sheath) $105 shipped in U.S.
Middle (dark brown leather sheath) $105 shipped in U.S.
Right (natural colored leather) this is a different sheath style I came up with, just for something different. $110 shipped in U.S.
The following shots are of the original knife... essentially the same knife, just better photos.
