I recieved #12 today, it's a fantastic little knife. Very good work Sarge, and thanks to Steve for setting this up and taking care of Ram in general!

I got my #14 yesterday. What a sweetie. Its all Nessmuckie and I love it. Great work, as usual Sarge. Anybody wanna see a pic?

Sarge forged that one from a plow bit and differentially hardened it. You can see the hardening line in Andy's pics.

didn't these guys make a bright and horrible caving lamp?

so arc flashlights is ... gone. i sold my 1watters from them, and all the battery tubes - collectible big $$$ - still have my 1AAA models. mine mine mine. nobody makes anything quite like that right now that i know of (:satan:)

and HDS is the ... inspired "new" arc then? nifty - i haven't been reading CPF in a while i guess.

ETA: i picked up a nightops gladius last year for a sick low price - i love it. still on same set of original batteries. having that low mode really rocks. the throw on the thing is incredible. whoa.

speaking of throw, if you've got $99, get a tigerlight - not LED but HOLY SHIT.

Talk about over my head. You know I'm a newb. You forumites (Spectre and yourself) are responsible for this addiction. Waving these things in front of an engineer. Doh.

NH1....... I'd sell you one of my two Sarge knives, but they are just too much fun to wave around and make people drool. Really, plus they are two of my favorites in my collection. I just never will part with em. If my wife's having a boy he may getem when I pass. I gotta figure how to take stuff with me. I hear a guy up on Everest knows how. Natural born cutters. This one hasn't even cut his teeth yet. Yet. Scroll back up and check that hamon. MMMM. The sharpest knives I own have come from Steve and Sarge. Them dudes really know how to put on an edge.

There could be a "ROUND TWO" coming, don't know, we'll see, stay tuned. . . . .have to see if Steve Ferguson is up for it. I know this last go 'round worked him hard, while I had all the fun watching people spend money on rusty old files, but he's got a good head for organization and dadgum but he takes outstanding photos. If I ever get married again, and the poor lass ain't all that "blessed", I'll let Steve shoot the wedding photos and by golly she'll look like a goddess. ;)
