3" or less folding pocket bliss. Suggestions?

SAKs. Ya gotta own one.

Yeah, a Swiss Army knife would be a fantastic choice.

The blade size is right, they won't draw attention in public, and depending on your exact choice, they can be very inexpensive.

The tools can be very handy as well.

I would have to say that I am bias to the locking knives. Had a slip joint close on my hand and imbed itself completely into my first knuckle. Granted I was only 10, and was not being too smart, but it has stuck with me over the years.

BM 707 sequel very comfortable and lightweight also, although it is on the larger side, I just got my Manix 2 and it really is a tank everything good that I have heard about it is true, the ergos are great and it just feels solid all around

A just 2 7/8 inches, the Spyderco Delica is probably my favorite EDC knife. Like many of Spyderco's knives, when you use it the knife seems larger than it is. It is just the right size in both blade and handle, and does everything I have ever asked of it.

I did something like that. What i learned was to not STAB anything without a lock with full force....(almost cost me an index finger.)

Haven't seen these mentioned yet, so I'll add Buck Waiamea, Al-Mar Nomad, and Al-Mar mini-SERE. I've had all three. I still have the Buck and I'm really starting to miss the Al-Mars. They were top of the line in F&F. I may decide to reacquire both of them.

Others to consider:

Ritter Mini-grip
Bladetech Ratel
Cold Steel Mini-Lawman
SOG Mini-Vulcan
SOG Bluto
Benchmade 525 Mini-Presidio
Spyderco Poliwog
Spyderco Delica
Al Mar Hawk Ultralight
Byrd Robin

Those are all reasonably price lock backs or axis locks with blades less than 3 inches. Manix2 is over 3. So, if you are in a 3" jurisdiction, don't chance it. Get a G-10 Caly 3 instead.
