Howdy, I figure I'll post these together rather than eat up space on the board. Descriptions are top to bottom. All three come with either a Wickett and Craig leather sheath or kydex. I'd go with the leather for any of these, but the customer is always right! Any/All knives can ship within a week of sale.
Top: A one off chopper. This is a big heavy knife capable of doing a lot of hard work at the campsite etc. The blade and handle were blasted with the finest grit glass beads available..like powder! The handle has some texture and feels like it looks if that makes sense. Here are specs:
OAL:13"
Blade: 7"x2"x.300" with distal taper
Steel: CPM-M4 @60-61 with cryo from Peter's
Grind: Flat ground with distal taper until edge was about .075" then convex ground thin and beveled, super strong edge that will pop hair off your arm. The clip and spine are flat, no false edge or rounding, much better for batoning
Handle: Carbon fiber with red liners, bead blasted for texture
$old Shipped in CONUS
Middle: One of my standard models, the Dragon drop point. Blade was hand finished, glass blasted then tumbled. Handle was bead blasted for texture. Specs:
OAL:10"
Blade: 5"x1.5"x.180"
Steel: Elmax @ 60 with cryo from Peter's
Grind: Full flat grind with highly polished straight beveled edge. Scary sharp off of the edge pro.
Handle: OD/Forest/Jade from Alpha Knife Supply with thin OD green liner, nice texture.
$235 Shipped in CONUS
Bottom: Another Dragon, but a bit different. This one is light and fast. Hand finished (!!!) bevels and spine. Flats have a coarser machine finish. Handle is sanded smooth. Specs:
OAL:10"
Blade: 5"x1.5"x.155"
Steel: K390 @61-62 from Peter's
Grind: Full flat grind with highly polished straight beveled edge. Ground very thin near ricasso and slightly thicker towards tip, very sharp and very fun to play with!
Handle: Carbon fiber with dark red liners.
$300 Shipped in CONUS
