3 XHP veg. knives

all 3 are 62-63Rc XHP steel and 3/32 thick slightly tapeing to the tips
all are belt finished
nakiri are 7 inch blade and about 13.5 long over all
handles are
cocobolo and ironwood, or rosewood burl and maple
the rounded tip santuko (tho ground every bit as thin as the nakiri so its not the all rounder everyone thinks of a santuko as)
blade is 7.75 and over all is 14 inch
the handle is 5400 year old bog oak and blue spalted maple

here is a shot ofthe grinds they have not been sharpened yet so thats why you can see the flat tops (that are under .003 wide at the edge)
