300 Series Tang Stamps?

I just purchased a Camillus-made 309 Companion that's stamped 'Buck' over 'Made in USA' on one side of the ricasso and '309' on the other. Can anyone give me a date range on this? I have other Cammie-made 300 series that have 'Buck' over '303' or other over 'USA', just wondering what was made when.
