Just as the title says. I rounded 3000 posts a while back. Bladeforums has given me more knife-related knowledge than I thought was possible. I'd like to say thank you in a small way...


So, I'll be sending someone this large, stainless, jigged blue bone Case stockman. It is new, as far as I know. The box is a little worse for wear, but who cares?

I have been meaning to get a stockman pattern. I had mine stolen more than 20 years ago, and never replaced it. It was my first knife pattern.

Here is one I just got from my dad. It was my grandfathers, and as soon as my father found it, he gave it to me.

I keep looking at the case stockman pattern but haven't gotten around to buying one -- currently have a charcoal buck 301, though.
would love to have a shot at comparing the 2 side by side, thanks for the chance!
