I had big plans for this until I found a big shop anvil, now it's just in the way.

It's actually 6.20" square, 28" long. Roughly 300lbs. This would make as big a post anvil as you could likely want, much less use.

Some very light rust, no pitting. Not heat treated yet, but I had some ideas about how to handle that.

Asking $600, obo. Pics available, if desired, but it looks like what you expect a huge chunk of steel to look like.

Pickup in Candler NC, but I'm willing to meet someone up to an hour or so away. Otherwise freight shipping is buyers responsibility but I'll do what I can to facilitate it. I think it could be shipped for $100 or so to most places.

Thanks!

Actually, I'll take 400 for this. I misremembered what I paid. Just trying to recoup my investment.

Also, if two people are interested, I'll saw this in half to make two 150lb anvils for $225 each.

I'll consider any trades on this, and could deliver to the fall abs hammer in at haywood, or possibly quad state in Sept.

I would be super interested in half of that bar you have. I want to make a post anvil with it. Let me know something if you still have it. Thanks.
