34th Annual NYCKS-New York Custom Knife Show

Thanks for posting. I think I know where I will be next weekend!

As far as NYC goes, I am a proud knife owner and user. I also live in NYC (Manhattan actually) and I've never run into a problem with getting something sent to me. On occasion, I have had to ask folks (dealers mostly) to ship to my folks who live just outside of NYC. But, yes, Vance is a complete douche for this reason and quite a few others. That's what happens when political pandering meets a society whereby very few members have any real responsibility for their property and safety.

Actually, "NYC" is technically a correct abbreviation in that it is New York County (which encompasses Manhattan). Vance is the District Attorney for New York County. New York City (also NYC) is comprised of 5 Boroughs (which happen to coincide with 5 counties which do not all share the same name as the borough). It gets confusing.....

Correct, but...
Ask a hundred people that live here what NYC means and the answer will be New York City :D

But nonetheless it is a sad state of affairs.

yeah, with the bad rep NY is getting because of the manhattan DA's changes to the city laws, some knife websites won't ship to New York. at all. not just the city. I HATE HIM! lol

I will be attending the show on Saturday though I will will not be spending money on knives. Need to save up for another new evil black rifle.

I HATE HIM! lol

Talk is nice... but if you mean it then walk the talk and put your money where your mouth is by making a generous donation to Kniferights. All you need do is click on the Kniferights logo in my signature line.

I'm a highschool student, so now I won't have any money to spend for quite awhile. sorry if I come across as "all talk and no action", I didn't mean anything by it. I'll do it eventually for sure, just figured I could voice my opinion without being told it doesn't count unless I donate money to something? No hard feelings I hope.

Best,
Trev

What time does this open up for early admission.. I decided to take a half day today and get there early. My other question is this, I have never been to a knife show before is it like a gun show where some wheeling and dealing can happen or is it strictly thing for sale by the makers?
