For sale are the final 35 Fell Beast Legacy Prime in Z Tuff. This is a limited edition and will not be made again. These ended up being too expensive and difficult to produce. The Fell Beast will live on but not in Z Tuff and not with an 18in blade or fuller. This is the last run of these aside from a few I'm keeping for the website and some factory seconds or one offs.

I'll have most of these done before the sale so, turn around time for shipping will be only 1-2 weeks.

Price is $565--> $499 shipped CONUS. Free taco style kydex sheath for the first 15 buyers. Otherwise these with a crappy but functional nylon pouch sheath
All will be fully stonewashed with scale options being Grey, Blue, or Green Terotuf.

International shipping is available at cost as long as you are willing to take the risk that customs will seize your blade.

EDIT: Will include a free Kydex sheath for the first 15 buyers

Unfortunately Kydex sheaths for these just take me too long to make. I do not have enough hours in my week to get all of these done on time so I will be shipping these with a nylon pouch sheath. I have lowered the price by $65 to reflect this. I apologize for not being able to include sheaths but I am simply out of time to get these all done. Use the money you are saving to buy a nice sheath from a real sheath maker.

VJT VJT has a blank for kydex and cpirtle cpirtle has one for leather.

This sale is a $120 discount vs. the standard price (with shipping) on the website and I think its a great value. I would challenge anyone to find a blade this size at this price point from a good manufacturer in a super steel.

That said, these will have grit marks and tooling marks visible, the bevels are not perfect, and the tang on these is all slightly proud. If you want a wallhanger, this isn't for you. If you want a light weight monster chopper to beat on, this is your blade.

If you have never owned a Fell Beast, you have no idea how monstrous these things are. The Fell Beast will make your biggest chopper feel like a toy. Only swords have it beat in sheer size. I've included a picture below from a forum member with his Fell Beast next to some other popular models from top manufacturers so you can see a good size comparison. What sets the Fell Beast apart from other big choppers is the reach, height, and positive forward weight. This creates crazy chopping power while keeping the blade fast enough to clear brush, and light enough to carry all day. A standard machete has no chopping power (and is usually made from crap materials with a poor heat treat) and a classic big chopper lacks the reach for clearing brush. The Fell Beast offers both power and reach in a nice package with the best materials, HT, and edge geometry available.

Have a Busse Battle Mistress? The blade of the Fell Beast alone is 2 inches longer than an entire Battle Mistress
Think your Carothers Behemoth feels almost like a short sword? The Fell Beast's cutting edge is roughly 5 inches longer.
Really went off the deep end and bought a Busse Gladius? The Fell Beast has an even longer blade, but weighs 15 ounces less.

Sick of big clunky choppers that can’t cut and cheap @$$ machetes that chip or deform the first time you use them? Don’t worry, we’ve got the medicine. The Fell Beast is a hard use hybrid blade that bridges the gap between machete and big chopper. Made specifically for use in hardwood forests, the Fell Beast is the ultimate tool for when you find yourself in the thick of it. The Legacy Prime edition is the culmination of 10 years of development with the Fell Beast model. We’ve taken everything we love about the Fell Beast and maxed out the stats. With a fuller, high flat grind, skeletonized tang, and Terotuf handles, the Legacy Prime delivers serious chopping power and durability while maintaining quickness and balance in hand. Constructed from the toughest knife steel on the planet, the Fell Beast is ultra resilient and resistant to breakage despite its light weight and thin stock. Weighing in at only 25.7 ounces, this blade weighs less and carries easier than many large knives while packing devastating chopping power, reach, and quickness for clearing brush.

Hey Hunter! I got in on the last sale but haven't been notified to pay you so I wonder if my order may have been forgotten accidentally? Things happen, all good.

I'd definitely like one still so please count me in as I want one with the kydex sheath. I loved the sheath on the prototypes in 52100 so to have one for this Z-Tuff version would be awesome.

I'll follow up with an email as stated in your post.

Thanks!

I just received the one I ordered in the mail, and WOW, it exceeded all my expectations. This is the most functional giant blade (really a machete, but should chop nicely) I've ever bought. I want two more so I have one for the house, one for the car, and one for posterity. $499 is a steal - I had ordered a medford machete a while back at $350, it was much smaller, S7, very uncomfortable grip, they don't remove the mill scale - just paint over it, and mine had missed grinding and sharpening the edge! Very nice sheath though.

One Green and one Grey please - crappy nylon sheath is good for me, (and really not that crappy) I'll make something nice later, so you can pass on the kydex to someone that can use it.

Thanks!

Also, the stonewash finish is very nice and smooth, fuller shows machining marks, but it looks cool, and I would not call the tang "proud" of the handle you can feel it with a fingernail, but not just a finger or hand on the handle.
