Please advise on the best value for money. Looking for a hard everyday user that wouldn't leave the pocket for many years. I already asked about two knives before but now I'll include more options that I know of. So: TAD Dauntless Mk4, Olamic Wayfarer 247, Begg Steelcraft Kwaiken, CRK small Inkosi. The Inkosi is smaller than all of them I believe? I realize this are all very different. Btw I really can't go over 375 because of additional shipping, customs etc. I'm absolutely open to more suggestions.

From what I've been seeing, I'm really liking that 247.
Awesome reviews. Might be a tad over budget but I doubt you'll need another replacement anytime soon.
In the auto world, I'm a huge fan of Protech and Guardian Tactical.

Nice choices. Out of those, I would either get the Inkosi or the TAD Daunless MK4.

Begg Steelcraft Kwaiken! That will be the next knife I buy. Inkosi comes in large and small sizes.

If you're planning to use the knife hard for many years, there's a big selling point to Chris Reeve. They offer solid warranty support; perhaps the best in the industry.

You know you'll be able buy new hardware if you strip out a screw, bend a washer, or lose a small part. Even if you do some serious damage, like break off the tip, they'll even go so far as to replace a blade for you. And if the knife picks up excessive wear, just send it in for "spa service" and it'll come back looking (and feeling) like new.

I've been hearing quality has gone down for Chris Reeve knives. I find it really hard to justify the price tag of the small Inkosi even if I knew the knife was flawless.

CRK is hard to beat at $350. The knives I've come back to, outside of slipjoints, are a sprint PM2 and a Small 21. No experience with an Inkosi, but the Small 21 is perfect for me at that size/price, and it ain't no dainty debutante. It's a hard user for sure. So is the PM2, but that one isn't on your radar. So I'll vote for CRK.

After ESEE knives you mean? I like the Inkosi but feel like it's a lot of money for such a small knife that looks so plain. Also afraid I'll get a flawed one with all the talk lately.

Buy a second hand Hinderer xm-18. 2nd hand can be lnib/new at $350.

I agree. Ive traded for 7 or 8 here on the forums and they have all come basically NIB. Lots of knives rotate into my pocket, but none as often as my XM 18 user. Great choice, and you can customize it to your liking over the years. $350 - $375 will get you almost any standard Hinderer around here, and it'll be worth every penny!

A large Sebenza 21, pick one up on the exchange. You can probably get one for less than $350. It'll serve you for years and years.
