I haven't sharpened it yet. There are young children at my Son's house and I need to play it safe. However, it will never be shaving sharp so settle down. Wait. Could it, ABS, be made razor sharp? I'm not really sure.

However, our boy is a senior in high school next semester.
Every year he takes engineering classes there.
The Engineering Department just so happens to have a 3D printer
They have limited funding, so making the part would be unlikely, but making the printer ready file would be free and pretty likely to happen!
I am confident that I could get the boy to have his teacher help out on making the file as a side project.
I have a deconstructed Bucklite Max handle that they could use for dimensions for the pivots and spring slot etc....
That would be a great learning experience for the kid too!
Oh.... if Armand sees Bucklites made with abs, we will have to hide them.....bwahahahahhahaha!!!!
