I don't know if this is the proper place to do this, but 3Guardmen passed away on December 28th, 2010.

Whenever he would get a chance, he would share with me the conversations that were going on here. I know he loved his knives and never wasted any time to share his love for knives with others.

He was my best friend and coworker and will be greatly missed.

Thank you for letting us know.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your friend.

Wow..that is sad. I always remember his ability to find the thread that you were thinking of, no matter what it was. You could mention a snippet of a post and the posters involved and 10 minutes later he would be posting a link to the exact thread

I'm truly sorry for your loss.

3G and I locked horns on a number of occasions, but always came away with mutual respect, which is so important with heated discussions of any type.

He'll be much missed around the Forums.

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson
