3Guardsmen

I don't know if this is the proper place to do this, but 3Guardmen passed away on December 28th, 2010.

Whenever he would get a chance, he would share with me the conversations that were going on here. I know he loved his knives and never wasted any time to share his love for knives with others.

He was my best friend and coworker and will be greatly missed.

:(

He had class. He was a true gentleman. He knew how to hold up his end of an argument without demeaning the other fellow.

I miss him already.:(

Smoke and prayers will go up in his memory. Condolences for your loss from NoVa.

i did not know "3Guardsman" personally but I knew him as a member of this internet community and have read many of his post. I found myself saddened by this news and I am sorry for the OP's loss of a friend.

Was lucky enough to deal with 3Guardsmen one time. He hooked me up very generously. Smoke sent from the Fort.

While he and I did little except debate, he was a worthy opponent. He will be missed and my condolences go out to his family.

Wow, this is some very sad news. He was a good guy on the forums and will certainly be missed by myself and others.

To the OP, thank you for letting us know and you and his family have my thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely, J.

I sort of feel like one in the family died. Thank you Gweneth for posting that. It is truly sad news. Prayers for him, you and his family and friends.

I want to thank you all for the comments you have posted.

Like I've said, he never wasted a chance to show me some of the threads here and we all would joke that we knew where to find him online... Blade Forums. Some of the posts were funny, and some were full of knife knowledge. He even got me to join this site once, but I couldn't find a way to log back in until now.

He loved his knives a lot and never wasted the opportunity to give us knives for special occassions.

Sad to hear. 3Guardsman gave me my first green chiclet. It was sort of a welcome.

RIP
