Hey guys! This will be the last low priced Hitachi knife I make for a while. Im gonna start a run of hidden tangs and forge some more stainless/ hitachi san mai as well. This knife is laser sharp. The White steel is so easy to get screaming sharp. This will make a nice work or utility knife. Last Chance to get to try Hitachi steel at such a low price. Thanks guys
