Wow!!! Two fantastic pieces. The deep contouring on the 10V handle looks super comfortable and secure. And the steels on those two are at the top of the charts--perfect choices for both applications IMHO. That pair of knives would be hard to beat as an "expedition-class set". :thumbup:
