Hello everybody!
I got inspired to do this knife due to this thread: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/shop-talk-q4-build-challenge-kephart-knife.1957154/
I decided to participate on the challenge, with a twist. It's not a traditional kephart but a kephart in my style. The main difference is the style of construction.
Steel: 1084
Handle: black micarta bolster, red g10 spacer and walnut handle
Dimensions:
Overall length: 23.5 cm - 9.25''
Blade length: 10.5 cm - 4.13''
Blade width: 3 cm - 1.18''
Blade thickness: 4 mm - 0.157''
Handle length: 12 cm - 4.72''
Flat grind with a convex edge. The false is not sharp (can't be). All three carbon fiber pins go through the tang.
My pictures are quite awful, the video in HD is a better representation.
It comes with a brown leather sheath. The sheath is not ready yet, you can choose for either left or right side carry.
Price: 120$
