VCM Handcrafted Santoku **Sold**
This ironwood on this Santoku is from the Baja region of Mexico. I do not get it all the time & when I do the grains & colors are always different. This stuff is gorgeous. It is book matched. The color & figure is outstanding.
Three 3/32" ss pins are peened
The blade is 3/32" stock 440C flat ground. It is about 58 Rc , has a nice satin finish.It is a factory/production blade.
OAL is 10-3/4
The blade measures 6-3/8" from the tip to the handle scvales with 6" of cutting edge.
Very nice all around chef/food prep & have had a few guys tote these out for camp food prep knife,too.
