Well thanks! I might make heart healthy a selling point!

I think that batch is spoken for, but I really can't remember who gets them. I'll keep you posted!

Looks like there will be a group of 6 happy people!

My thoughts exactly:thumbup:

That red and black Bushy is outstanding.

Can you do something similar in micarta on a Hunter model next batch??

I just bought a bunch of 1/8" thick micarta and G-10 stock. Black linen, natural canvas, orange g-10, and bright yellow g-10. I'll be able to use that a lot better than the 3/16" thick stuff on that knife.

So, yes. I plan to do a lot more micarta stuff soon.

Those look sweet Andy, more great work as usual. I think one of those Bushies is mine, let me know when you get a chance.

Andy,
A great looking run.
I really like the name stamp. Very classy.
Is there a Woodsman with my name on it in this bunch?

Your Woodsman, and Jake's too, is sitting on my bench. I apologize for the wait. Two out of three in the last batch had some warp and went the way of the scrap heap.

Yes. One is certainly yours. Which had we discussed?

I wanted the Goncalo/Osage combo. Do you have sheaths for these?

I don't have sheaths for these. But Talfucre has a pattern for it!

Andy

I'll set the Goncalo one aside for you.

Those look really great Andy, nice work. That first bushy with the pale outer scales is particularly attractive.

Man, those look great, Andy:) I like the name stencil as well:thumbup:

Also, don't sweat about the wait, bro. I'm in no rush at all...I mean, I'm very eager, but stuff happens:) I'm easy:D Besides, this will be my second custom knife...sort of. The first one the maker required about 1/3 up front. Then I was put on the back burner for 6 months. It was supposed to be for my father's 50th birthday...that didn't happen:rolleyes: So I ask to switch things up a bit since the blank hadn't even been cut yet. Then I wait about another 3 months, and finally got fed up and just bought a "now available" since my custom was never going to get finished.

The blade ended up having a crack in the edge so I just said "forget it" (or somethin' like that;)) and tossed it on my bench. Never again from that guy.

I just appreciate how upfront and in the loop you keep all of us. Besides, i have that folding french cheese knife you gifted me last year to keep me company.

Man, those are some great looking knives:thumbup:

Well, those two Woodsmen are priority knives in my Blade Show batch, and will get finished first out of those. Hopefully I've found the cause of the warp, and get a better rate of return from those blades.

Andy,
If you want to take the next Woodsman you make to the Blade show and make another for me after the show, I am very cool with that.

Ditto, man:thumbup:. It means more to me to have you get your name out there, sell a butt-load of knives, and succeed than it does to have a knife that I sadly won't be able to use for a couple of months.

You're buildin' a dream, brotha:D We understand and want the best for you.
