All of those are really nice!
These knives are beautiful and look like such great users. Outstanding.
One of these is on my very short list of knives to get.
Kudos to a stunningly original and attractive product.
Man they all look great. I hope you make some extra Bushies soon so I can grab one.
I've been visiting this forum more often and I am really liking your style Andy! A knife from Fiddleback is on my shortlist(list is longer than shorter).
Thanks Andy.Nope. I've got 16 knives to finish before Blade Show. I don't have a table, so if I wind up bringing 10, or 6 or so, thats good enough. In those I've got 3 of the Woodsman run model with the longer handle, and three with the original shorter handle. If I can get two through heat treat without ruining them, they're y'alls.
My first priority is not Blade Show, but you two guys getting first rate knives you've been waiting for.
(Plus, my Father in Law is here now, and helps me with a lot of the steps that slow down production when I'm alone. Like drilling, etc.)
So, no problem. Y'alls knives are coming.
Thanks Andy.
When the time comes, if there is a choice, I would prefer the longer handle model and a darker wood for the outside layer of the scales.
In the end, I will be happy with any knife that passes your quality inspection.
I just got the Woodsman passaround and I can't put it down.![]()
That's great Andy. After handling the Passaround Woodsman, I am even more excited about this knife (if that is possible)I mis spoke I guess. You two are going to get the longer handle version. I had already cut those short handle ones, and didn't think they should be wasted.
I will post some pics in the next couple of days.Glad you like the passaround!!! Pics!!!!
Hey Orrey!! I hope you're well! A progress report every once in a while would be nice!! I'll make you a Bushie when you get home! Once you're ready, let me know what woods you want.
Yes all is well. I got back to the US a little bit ago but leave again soon. Africa was fun but tiring. Let me know when you have an open Bushie and I'll take it. On a side note, your Bow Legged Joe worked amazing at all the day to day tasks from cutting banding on crates, packages and slicing my apple a day. Sad to say, I didn't get any action shots but plan to this next hitch.
