Hello everyone, I’ve got one of my 4.5” utility models finished up and ready to be put to work. 3/32” spine thickness with a really thin hollow grind and fine point for detail work, the handle is natural richlite and reminds me of masur birch which is a classic look in the kitchen. Made from nitro-v stainless hardened to 62-63rc this will made a fantastic detail knife for tasks that you don’t need a full sized chef knife for.
