4-5" heavy-duty fixed blade

You should list your price range, from the two you listed I'm guessing your price range at the $160 mark, both are similar, both have sheaths, Entrek are usually stainless, I'm not sure on the warranty, ESEE is carbon, and has a no questions asked warranty.

Of the above mentioned so far by others, they all are great, with the Bark River Bravo 1 being on the higher cost end (usually) that comes with leather sheath,
the scrapayard and swamprat, are also good, but come with no sheath.
The BK2, is very popular, has a sheath, and probably the lowest cost wise.

I don't think you can lose really for any knife in that size with today's market and it can be hard to decide with so many, The best advice I can give is take the suggestions on here, pick a few you like the looks of, then look up reviews for the ones you like, and narrow it down from there.

I can't coment on Bark River. I hear nothing but good things and I will probably be buying my first one in the near future.

I will say this though. I own both an Esee 5 and a BK2. The Esee looks pretty w/ the micarta scales, high end kydex and molle attachments w/ surv tin and all BUT for some reason when heading out to play... my hand always goes for the BK2 for some reason :)
