4.5 inch utility/outdoors knife WIP!

I heard that you guys like WIPs so here you go.
the blade is forged from a leaf spring (I know).

Here it is straight out of the forge.

After the first draw filling.


before heat treat I took it to 220 grit and thinned out the tang so the guard will fit better.
this is after heat treat I etched it to a near black using warm vinegar.



the guard is forged from 1/8 inch 1084 with added hammer marks.
