4 blade Congress 3 1/2" or smaller

I'm in the mood for a 4 blade congress that is in the size range of 3 1/2 inches or a little smaller. Do you have a favorite Congress in this size range. If so please let me know the model and post a photo if you have one.

I think my Rough Rider orange congress is about that size. I got it free with an order from SMKW.

They are 3 and 3/5 ", too big?
