I received this CV Case 6292 4-dot (1986 manufactured) "Texas Jack" with bone covers this past Monday. The knife is 4" long with the Clip Blade being 3" long and the Pen Blade being 2 3/16" long. The bolsters are nickle/silver while the liners are brass. Overall, a nice knife and one of my favorite patterns.

Here is this knife (middle) flanked by two other Case 6292 "Texas Jacks" that I have.

Very nice, I recently picked up an amber bone Texas Jack. To me it may be close to the perfect pattern. Not too big and not too small, only the blades I use the most. The only thing better would be a version with rounded bolsters. Thanks for posting this!

Although the bolsters on the 92 pattern knives are not rounded, they are pinched, which helps to mellow/soften the squarish bolsters

Nice trio of jacks Ed. I like the square bolsters on the Cases. I have some earlier nine dots, a stockman and a trapper that I'm always tempted to carry because they are well made. They remain safe queens for another generation.
