This lightweight skinner is 7 1/2" overall with a 3 1/2" cutting edge. The sweeping Trailing Point blade is forged from high carbon cable/wire damascus. The short handle is made from Lignum Vitae wood with a contoured guard of brass with a matching pin. The sheath is open on the back and held in place by the welt in the tip, cut-out for the guard and a stainless steel snap. The sheath is border tooled with a matching belt loop.
